Wilton Candy Melts chocolate drops SNOW WHITE

Candy Melts pastilles have a great taste and an exceptionally smooth texture, making them the perfect base for making homemade chocolates, toppings or chocolate lollipops. The pastilles come in a variety of colours. They can also be easily coloured using dedicated colouring agents.

Candy Melts pastilles are extremely easy to use. Simply melt them in the microwave or in a water bath and pour the resulting paste into molds for chocolates, lollipops, dipping cake pops or use them as toppings. For precise designs, it is easier to use a pastry sleeve or even a piping bag for this purpose. Once the mixture has been poured in, tap the mould gently against the surface of the top to remove any air bubbles. Then leave the mixture to cool, preferably in the fridge. When creating multi-coloured designs, wait until the previous colour has set before pouring in the next layer. The cooled chocolates should come off easily from the mould. The remaining mass can be melted repeatedly and used for subsequent projects. No need to store in the fridge.
