Incredibly versatile, Candy Melts® can be melted, molded, dipped or poured to decorate a wide range of treats and cakes, from cake pops and cookies to candies, beautiful cakes and more.
Candy Melts are exceptionally easy to use. Just melt them in a microwave or in a water bath and pour the resulting mass into molds for chocolates and lollipops, dip cake pops in it or use it as an icing. In the case of precise patterns, it is easier to use a pastry bag or even a tip. After pouring the mixture, gently tap the mold on the countertop to remove air bubbles. Then leave the mixture to cool, preferably in the refrigerator. When creating multi-color patterns, wait until the previous color hardens before pouring the next layer. The cooled chocolates should release from the mold easily. The remaining mass can be melted repeatedly and used in subsequent projects. Does not require refrigeration.
